After a successful planning appeal we are currently on site with Vinci Construction UK for the development of a 135 bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation scheme including lounge, cinema, library and dinner party room. GDL Architecture have also been appointed as Interior Designers for the scheme and working with the client and operator to push the boundaries of student living. Due for completion September 2020
