GDL Architecture were appointed as Interior designers for a 289 bed PBSA scheme in Durham. We are proud that our reputation as designers is growing in the student sector and as such we were appointed to work closely with the client to develop a ‘brand’ for their roll out of student accommodation. Due to a change of ownership prior to commencement on site, we then collaborated with the new operators and client to ensure that the scheme could accommodate the new brand. GDL worked with an Architectural practice in Manchester to bring the vision to fruition
