GDL were appointed to review an existing student accommodation consented scheme to see if there were any efficiencies to be made on the previous 199 bed scheme. We are pleased to announce that we are completed a 245 bed PBSA scheme with a mix of studios, twodios and premium apartments as well as residents lounge, private dining room, fitness suite, cinema and study rooms. GDL Architecture were also appointed as Interior Designers for the scheme.
