Jack Thompson joined GDL in May 2021 and as of summer 2024 he has now been accepted onto the ARB as a fully qualified Architect. He completed his Master of Architecture course at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture (Robert Gordon university) in Aberdeen, with whom he is also studying for his Part 3 exams. He completed his Part 1 degree at the University of Portsmouth where he also took up playing and scoring cricket. During his time in Portsmouth, he ran the university cricket clubs charity efforts and upon graduating was awarded Full Colours by the Athletic Union. In between courses Jack spent a few years working for a small architectural firm in Cumbria.
Away from the office, Jack enjoys going to the cinema, watching football and playing golf.
